We’re excited to bring back our events in 2026, beginning with a 6-dish degustation and wine dinner celebrating Australia through flavour.
This menu showcases quintessential Australian ingredients, presented in ways you don’t often see. We’ve worked closely with our suppliers to source the very best from our landscape, crafting unique dishes with incredible flavours — each a true celebration of Australia.​​

In partnership with Penny Claiborne, wine specialist in the Illawarra, each course is thoughtfully paired — balanced to complement every dish and let the food shine. The selection reflects the land and the sustainable practices of some of Australia’s most respected winemakers.

Choose to enjoy matched wines with the menu, or order as you prefer on the night. Due to the nature of this menu, we are unable to cater to dietary requirements. Bookings are taken online. Cancellations after 12pm on Monday 9th March will incur a $50 pp fee, as ingredients are ordered in advance.
